- 2026 Bishop's Services Appeal (BSA) Payment Methods: Check payable to BSA and mail to "Diocese of Lafayette, Office of Stewardship and Development 1408 Carmel Drive, Lafayette, LA 70501-9907. Please notate "St. John Berchmans Church" on check. Credit/Debit Card Payments: Visit diolaf.org/BSA. Questions? Call 337/261-5641.
- The 2026 Mass Book is now open. Please come by the Church Office, at your earliest convenience, to set up your Mass Intentions for the 2026 year or an upcoming month. 2026 Sanctuary Lamp dates may also be scheduled at this time. Please follow the Office hours that are printed on the front of the bulletin. You may call the Office at 337/668-4413, with any questions.
- The 2026 Safe Environment Continuing Training is now available online. If you have already completed the Initial Training, log into virtusonline.org. Your new training is found under “Current Training”. If you do not remember your log-in information, please contact the VIRTUS Online Help Desk at 1-888-847-8870, for assistance. Please email/call the Church Office after completing online Continuing Training, so that we can print your certificate.
- Our next Religious Education Classes will be held on Sunday, October 11th. Grades 1,2,3,4,5 from 11:00am-1:00pm, and Grades 6,7,8 from 3:00pm-5:00pm. All classes will be held in the Church Hall.
- Cemetery dues are now due and payable, on or before November 1st. Letters have been mailed out. Should you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact the Church Office at 337/668-4413.
- St. John Berchmans 24-Hour Scriptural Rosary will be held on Tuesday, October 6th, following the 12:15pm Mass until Wednesday, October 7th, at 12:00 Noon. Everyone is invited to attend! Please call Barbara Richard at 337/581-7308 or Richard Breaux at 337/371-0158, if you can commit one hour.
- Communion Services will be held on Tuesday, October 12th through Thursday, October 14th, at 12:15pm.
- St. John Berchmans Cemetery Blessing Mass will be held on Sunday, October 25th, at 10:00am, in Church. Rosary and cemetery blessing will follow the Mass in the cemetery.
- Reminder to KC members of their next meeting in the Church Hall this Sunday, October 11th, at 6:00pm, with rosary at 5:30pm.
